My Story

How it all started…


Personal Struggles

My journey was marked by countless attempts at traditional weight loss programs. Each attempt ended in what felt like failure, creating a cycle of frustration and self-doubt, and deepening the mystery around my continuous struggles with weight.



The turning point came with my son’s ADHD diagnosis. It prompted a deep dive into ADHD, and I began to understand how ADHD has impacted my own weight journey.


Education & Certifications

Committed to change, I pursued and completed certifications in nutrition, life coaching, and advanced weight loss coaching. This has helped me develop a holistic, informed approach to weight loss, especially tailored for women with ADHD.


Launched Coaching Program

With newfound knowledge and personal experience, I launched Jennifer Watts Coaching – a place for women with ADHD to find empathetic, personalized coaching and strategies for weight loss and self-growth.

The Official Bio

In my journey from an overwhelmed mom to a nutrition and life coach, I’ve discovered the intricate relationship between ADHD and weight loss. Overburdened with the challenges of raising three kids and battling weight issues, I often felt defeated by traditional diet plans. It wasn’t until my son’s ADHD diagnosis that I began to unravel how my undiagnosed ADHD was impacting my weight struggles. This epiphany led me to explore further, and I finally received my ADHD diagnosis, which illuminated the reasons behind my weight challenges.

With this newfound understanding, I transformed my approach to weight loss, finally finding strategies that resonated with my unique neurodiversity. This breakthrough was so profound that I decided to share it with others facing similar struggles. I pursued certifications in nutrition, life coaching, and advanced weight loss coaching, determined to empower other women like me.

Today, as the founder of Jennifer Watts Coaching, I offer a sanctuary for women with ADHD to discover weight loss paths that honour their individuality, steering them away from the shame and frustration of conventional dieting towards a journey of self-acceptance and sustainable health.
